Requirements:
" Bilingual required (English/Spanish).
" Must have minimum of 2-3 years customer service and/or call center experience.
" Criminal background check and drug testing required.
" Organizational skills and attention to detail required.
" Must be able to type at least 50 wpm
" Must have strong computer skills and able to multitask
" Must be able to capture, document and summarize call details accurately while on the phone with the prospect.
" Documentation must be free of spelling or grammatical errors; proofreading required.
" Be self-motivated and able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
" Paid training provided; (schedule adjusted accordingly during training).
" Knowledge of medical terminology a plus but not required.
Job Description:
Bilingual Spanish/English full-time Customer Service position
During training shift times may vary depending on need at the time of hire. Once hired, an 18 month commitment is required to your assigned shift. Shifts may be exchanged internally with other employees.
Candidate will field incoming calls of a medical nature providing prospective clients with relevant information including but not limited to: medical procedures, cost & financing, and general practice information. Must communicate effectively with the prospect to capture, provide and exchange information. Candidate will assist potential clients with booking consultation appointments and/or other related appointments when necessary.
Position has potential for growth including Quality Control, Mystery Shops, special projects, and other areas.
